We needed to sell our home immediately. Jeremy had a market value for us the day after we contacted him. He posted the listing as soon as we were ready and we had four viable offers in two days. Part of this was due to the hot market at the time. But Jeremy also helped us choose the best offer and we closed with no trouble. They are honest and hard working.

We worked with Jeremy to find a new home for us. We wanted a duplex that we could live in one side of and rent out the other. Thats not an easy thing to find in good condition. Oh, and we didn't have a down payment so it had to qualify for A Utah housing loan on top of that. Jeremy was very honest and diligent. He always kept us in the loop with that was happening, even after the sale was final. The rental company that managed the home before we bought it was useless, and it took us months to get the security deposits from them. Jermey worked to get them for us months after the sale.
