People are sure nice there, but years later you will discover a lot of false they creat in your home. They just say we had inspection before you moved in. Which means absolutely nothing unless you hire your own inspector with your own cost. I don’t even know how they even got away with sink without salicin sealing that wasn’t even attached to the counter top. Slow leak for years, thanks Vesta homes for poorly built kitchen that nothing is attached properly.

I live in Rockwell Parke neighborhood, Edmond Ok, Recently Vesta homes built a home next to mine, They had someone come out and level the dirt at the new homes next to mine. While doing so, they ran their equipment into my fence warping it and loosening the poles. I called numerous times and left a message for Jim with no response from him. I recently had to have concrete put in to tighten the poles back up. This is a new fence and I should not have to have anything done to it but Jim never owned up to this. Also I Left messages with Jim letting him know that his guys were getting to close to my sprinkler system while they were concreting the new sidewalk etc. I recently discovered that they have concreted over my sprinkler heads, I left a message for Jim and as I suspected no returned c

Vesta is a quality builder. They are easy to work with and build beautiful homes. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!
