Mission Point Apartments

We have been at mission point for about 5 months, and in those 5 months, it has been absolutely amazing. Upon move in the apartment was clean, the microwave had some cracks in the door, and they gave us an entire new microwave! It has been so quiet as well. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help, beyond that they take extra care to make sure the community is taken care of. Maintenance is also wonderful, we had a concern and they were wonderful with scheduling with us and so friendly. The community amenities are always wonderful and all our neighbors are so friendly. It's a great community and I would highly recommend making Mission Point your home.

We lived here for 3 years. I will say, we were pretty low maintenance tenants that rarely ever asked for anything after our initial move in. We always paid rent on time and we took very good care of our apartment. The photos I included were when we initially moved in. No one was available for a walk through when we moved in, so these are the photos I sent the office in an email. Mind you, we were told prior to move in that our unit was getting new carpet and a new fridge (last picture is the ice dispenser of said fridge). Understandably, when I walked in to this smelly, stained, crunchy carpet after being told that it was going to be new, we were upset. I brought this up to the office to which they stated, and I quote - “ the carpet company that we use was able to do a professional clean

**BEWARE** Please read my review before considering renting here. First of all, let me begin by stating that these are NOT "luxury" apartments. Calling them luxury is misleading. These are very standard, basic, average apartments like you'd see anywhere else...I have lived in luxury apartments and I have lived in average apartments; I know the difference. With actual luxury apartments, you would see upscale amenities or "extras" like large walk-in showers, real granite, garden/jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom, floor to ceiling windows, track/mood lighting, nice views, secured entrances with concierge service, dimmer switches, elevators to above ground floor units, high quality carpet or real wood, keyless entry, and generally, luxury apartments are "smart" homes where temperature, lighting,

Mission Point is a nice place to live. It is clean, spacious and quiet. People are doing their own routine like any community and generally respectful to their neighbors. Property management and maintenance are always taking care of business, the people and keeping the property up to par with high standards.

Dustin was super friendly and accommodating, he came to fix one thing and ended up fixing another small thing for me that took a total of less than 10 minutes, as someone living alone, he made the whole repair service very comfortable. Very happy to have someone like this on the maintenance team.
