Hayden's Landing Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have had a mold problem for a month and NO ONE has come to look at it. Also my AC has not been working for 9 days now. They gave me a window unit but it’s too hot for it to keep my apartment cool at this point. They don’t even have people to fix these issues. Not worth your money and please don’t waste your time with them.

This place is covered in mold. Floors are falling through. No ac. BUGS EVERYWHERE!! they don’t pay for exterminators, take your money and run. There is no management on sight😂😂. THEY LITERALLY COME OUT MAYBE twice a month. Get out while you can.

I've never been here before but in the morning I drive by this place and it is completely pitch black. There are no building lights on, no parking lights, it is concerning 😟.

I would like to express my appreciation for the exemplary service provided by the apartment manager, Kevin, and the assistant manager, Majik. They demonstrate a keen ability to listen to residents' concerns and address any issues with promptness and efficiency. For those seeking their first apartment, I highly recommend this establishment. It certainly earns my five-star rating.

Kevin has been a really good apartment manager, he's been helping to get our apartment community in better shape, I like the feeling of the family atmosphere of this place,. The dog station's are such a big deal they've been recently put in which is very useful to keep the Court yard clean.We do appreciate how efficient they have been to take care of our needs. We've been here three years and are looking forwards to many more.
