Vermont Hills

Lived at Vermont Hills Apartments for 25 years and they were sold to another company 2 years ago. I did not sign a lease with new owners or property management company. I moved out before the rent was due. They do not want to give me my deposit back. Photos attached on the condition I left the apartment. Plus I did upgrade to apartment myself. New blinds on all windows and balcony. New chandeliers , shower heads, also painted walls.

The managerial staff at Vermont Hills Apartment provides exceptional service. They are responsive and willing to help when issues arise. The staff communicates any changes at the complex and makes sure the community is safe. The apartment complex along with the communal washer/dryer area are well kept and clean. The prices are affordable and the view is amazing.

Vermont Hill Apartments nothing but good things to say about my 9 yes living there. The owner is the nicest man.It was a sad day when we moved out.I moved back to San Jose to take care of my elderly parents. It's so crazy it's been 11 years since we moved

Please don’t rent an apartment here, because the management is totally mass and unprofessional, specifically the manager is absolutely Rude and Racist and you will be really tried and frustrated,exhausted while renting an apartment in Vermont Hills Apartments. CAUTION !!! Stay a way from their stupid & racist leasing manager.
