I used to really enjoy living here, especially when the previous leasing manager was in charge. There was a strong sense of care and consistency that made the community feel great. Since the new leasing person took over, though, I’ve noticed some changes that have impacted the overall experience. The amenities, which were once well-maintained, haven’t been kept up to the same standard. For example, the hot tub has been out of service for almost two months. I was told residents would be updated once it was fixed, but there haven’t been any updates yet. It’s a bit disappointing, especially because the hot tub is one of the features that drew me to the property. I still believe this community has a lot of potential, and I’m hopeful things will improve. However, if you’re considering moving in
Have been living in this building for about 4 months, and can highly recommend it! Very clean, very safe, the nicest neighbors I've had in my lifetime. Modern appliances and just a nice feeling all-around. Horacio at the reception is doing an incredible job and always looks out for the tenants. The other day I locked myself out of the elevator late at night on a weekend (yep, it's that safe - you need a key for every door) and Jose, the maintenance person, was passing by to get his mail. Once he found out what happened, he immediately dropped everything he was doing, got me a new apartment key and followed me to make sure it works. He made a note the red light was flashing on my door and it meant the batteries need to be changed. He offered to do it on Monday and that I didn't even ne
Ever since the new management team took over, this place has gone from a community I felt good about to somewhere I honestly don’t feel safe living anymore. The biggest joke here is “security.” In reality, there is none. You almost never see a guard anywhere on the property. Cars get broken into, windows smashed, and nothing happens. No visible patrols, no follow-up, no presence. It feels like security is just a line item on the brochure, not something that actually exists. The message to residents is basically: if your car gets vandalized, that’s your problem. Management is no better. They turn a blind eye to everything. People park wherever they want — in EV charging spots without charging for weeks, in other people’s reserved spaces — and management simply doesn’t enforce any rules.
I’ve lived in buildings with zero security before and had fewer problems than I’ve had here. Here’s what it’s like: cars getting broken into, windows smashed, random people tailgating into the garage, strangers wandering around the property at night, and packages going missing. It genuinely does not feel like a controlled, “secured” community — more like an open public lot attached to an expensive apartment. And here’s the ridiculous part: this place actually hires a security team. On paper, there are guards and cameras and “24/7 security.” In reality, you almost never see anyone patrolling. When something happens — a break-in, suspicious people in the garage, random cars sitting where they shouldn’t be — residents report it and nothing changes. No visible patrols, no follow-up, no commu
Long-time resident here, and the decline under the new management and “security” team has been impossible to ignore. 1. Security is purely cosmetic. There is no regular patrol, no visible presence, and no real response when cars are damaged or broken into. You pay for the idea of security, not the reality of it. Residents swap stories about car break-ins more often than we see an actual guard. 2. Management avoids responsibility. Parking violations are everywhere — EV spots occupied by non-charging cars for days, reserved spaces taken by random vehicles — and nothing is enforced. They’re quick to raise fees, but when it comes to actually managing the property, they’re nowhere to be found. 3. Communication is awful. Emails rarely get a reply, and the leasing office often closes earlier than
