Metro Six55 Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Metro 655. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights has been Britney—she is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. The location is super convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation, and the overall atmosphere of the community makes it a great place to call home. I truly appreciate the support and dedication from the management team, especially Britney. Highly recommend Metro 655 to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

Richard Reyes for maintenance is great. Everytime there is a maintenance issue in my apartment he is on it!! Very polite, courteous and productive. Get the problem solved Effectively and efficiently. Thank you Richard.

Had a very good experience with maintenance. Came in a timely fashion, good repair and very thorough. And cleaned up their mess when they were done. Was a much better experience than my last apartment complex.

The whole community and complex is great. We have a third story unit and the high ceiling is great. The manager has been nothing, but nice to us, as well. However, the experience has been terrible in the beginning, even before moving in. When I tried calling their office, it went straight to voicemail everytime. I had to come into their office directly to ask my questions and have my concerns addressed. On the same day, my partner and I had to return to the office again because my calls continued to go straight to voicemail, but they left the office 3 hours early with no notice left behind. On the day that we're supposed to receive the key, it was delayed for 2 hours, due to the team being behind schedule. We completely understand. We come 2.5 hours later to do the exchange, but the unit
