The leasing office, property management team, maintenance crew, security guards, and everyone involved in running this amazing property deserve immense praise for their outstanding efforts. This is the best apartment management I’ve had the pleasure of having. They are courteous with their services and have foresight into helping their residents. For example, I have a car parking spot on the roof. When there are snow weather events, the management is proactive in getting its residents covered spots. They’re quick to help with minor things as well, and are thorough with their own processes, which is appreciated as someone who calls this their living space. It’s little things like this that rental management can do to make the experience so great, especially since most managements are notoriously apathetic. Maintenance is prompt as well, shout out to Roberto.
