The Eddy, Harrison

I recently moved to The Eddy and I love it. I came to Harrison from Long Island and felt like a deer in headlights. Jalen was great. He understood what I was looking for. He showed me three units and I fell in love with the unit I moved into to. The building is great and Giovanna in the front desk is amazing. She made my move seamless and easy. She got me everything I needed to move my belongings in and showed me where everything was. Overall, 10/10 experience.

The Eddy has been an amazing place to live — clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are gorgeous and the community feels really welcoming. Special shout-out to Jalen, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive since leasing me my unit a year ago- he holds your hand through every step of the process and I recommend both him and this building HIGHLY!

I chose The Eddy out of several properties in Harrison because it offers the best quality at the comparable price range. Several highlights that are worth mentioning: - Very recently built, which means not only newer conditions, but also better choices of designs and materials. My favorite is the high ceilings, which is at least 8'10" in most units. - The garden enclosed within the building, along with access to the river right out of the back gate, makes it the best environment in this area. - Obviously there is a bit more inconvenience because it's slightly further away from the restaurants and station, but in terms of commuting to work, the shuttle is always on time and convenient. - Last but not the least, very nice people -- The leasing manager Jalen was quite helpful and diligent res

Frank was really helpful and professional. I was locked out of my apartment and he promptly assisted me with gaining access to my apartment. He replaced the batteries from the keyless entry door lock and now I have access. everything was handled and no further issues exist.

If you are looking to have an excellent living experience at a luxury community, The Eddy in Harrison, NJ is the place for you to call home, I lived/worked here for 2 years plus and I can tell you it is extremely quiet, the gym has the best state of the arts equipment, the shuttle bus to the Path train is always on time and reliable like having a car service, and the community management is top notch, whenever I had a question Mrs. Nydia Mendez or Mrs. Rosa Castillo will respond to your emails within minutes. The pool area and community garden areas are beautiful and well maintained, if you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend The Eddy as your next home. Great community staff and excellent neighbours, it’s like living in a 5 Stars Hotel.
