I have had a horrible experience renting with this agency. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone because they never answer. I've had maintenance requests go unresolved. The communication is nonexistent. They give no forewarning about repair invoices... I've actually paid a hefty sum for a repair only later to be told it was actually worth more than what I initially paid. They then sent me two more invoices for additional payments. Do not rent with this company.
