Oak Homes built us a spectacular home. Took longer than we had hoped but the final result is worth it. Oliver's team were a joy to work with. All the subs were proud of the work they were doing. Would highly recommend Oak homes.

OAK custom homes worked with us from the beginning, securing the lots, clearing the trees and building our home and boat dock. Oliver was very professional and helped us throughout the building process. When it came down to crunch time to be able to move in, Oliver and his boys were out gathering up construction trash in the woods that blew out of the dumpster. We were able to move in on the date we had scheduled. We experienced a few road blocks but everything was easily handled. Covid created an environment that was a tremendous strain for everyone, but we worked together and absolutely love our new home. It was a very positive experience working with O.A.K. Custom Home Builders. Many thanks to you and your subs!!!

We have used OAK on three home projects over the years. One ground up home build and two major renovations. Very satisfied with the work on all three homes. Responsive, stand by their work, great subs. We will use them again.

Heads Up - O.A.K. Builders built an extensive outdoor living area and pool project which began in November 2018 and it was not completed until August 2019. It was a long and painful process, which much could have been avoided if it had been done right the first time. Still pending item of brand new appliances that were damaged due to improper installation. We have been trying to resolve the appliance issue for months with no return calls or text messages. We reget that we gave the final payment until the appliances were fixed and/or replaced, after being told "I'll make it right". The overall experience was very frustrating and non-professional.

We requested a quote an design for our front deck and massive outdoor living space, along with a pool design. We waited over two months for a quote and kept getting the runaround. When I was finally frustrated enough, they said “hope you find someone.” Their customer service is horrendous. Find someone else.
