Claire helped my wife and I on two occasions. First on a vacant piece of land we purchased and then when we wanted to buy a house. On both occasions, Claire was great! Her ability to communicate between us and the seller was clear and there was no doubt she was working hard for us. She helped us negotiate the best deals possible and was available through every step of the process. We really made a friend while working with Claire and certainly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Claire was very knowledgeable of the area, listened to what we wanted, showed us multiple houses in different neighborhoods, was not pushy in getting us to decide, communicated very well, and stuck up for us with our builder. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.
