I did want to rent from them but after reading all these reviews never mind because I’ll end up in jail if these people they about to play with me and my money. No thank you and thanks to everybody who left the reviews to warn the rest of us to not rent from them

Lived in home for 4 years until Donna decided to file for court removal from property and only being late once and adding fees and I am now responsible for court fees AND rent AND late fees. She claims the yard was non maintenance even after it was cleaned and notified her when it was cleaned, she still filled for a court removal from property. Everything could have been a civil conversation and easily corrected. She’s the most difficult rental manager I’ve ever met. I’ve never given her problems. She says one thing and does the opposite. For example, “I understand the pandemic is going on and pay what you can but do not exceed 3 months and don’t worry about rent increasing.” The next 3 months rent is paid on time during pandemic. I’ve rented from Mrs.Donna for almost 3 years, she told me when I first got my place if I let her know what’s what’s before hand she would work with me, she kept her word and did just that. I didn’t have any issues with her, I would definitely rent from her again if I needed to. I also made sure I kept my end of the agreement and maintained the inside of the property as if it were mine.

I thought they were good people but Donna lied to me and took my 80 dollars for application fee knowing she had already rented out the home. I laugh at ignorant people like her because God is a just God and she’ll have to stand before him one day and answer him when he ask her about that. You don’t mistreat people and play with their feelings and hard earned money. She shall reap what she sow and her buddy Johnny will as well! Lord forgive them for they know not what they do!

I’m waiting for the state health to respond back to me. I got photos, videos and conversations of Donna and her former Boss and their illegal activities. I’ve been planning this for YEARS, they just don’t realize what’s coming. She was sleeping with tenants..etc. lawsuit coming . They think closing down and selling to Sunrise Properites was enough. Just wait until these papers hit your mailboxes. Oh, and slick responses here on Google will also be screenshot and documented. Choose your words wisely, what I say goes.
