I had a buyer that was going to pay me what I paid for it She took all day to get back to the buyer.Because of that the buyer changes his mind. She stop taking my calls. We where working with Christina Howard as a buyers agent, she showed us 2-3 homes and we had about the same rejected offers. The problem came when she just completely stop communicating with us. I spoke with her on a Tuesday afternoon and she was going to return my call and it’s been 3 weeks with no call back. My opinion is she is not very assertive or dependable. Good luck if you choose to work with her.
