Harpers Glenn Apartments

Here’s an honest review they take long for applications. They normally get back with you and like two weeks paperwork was about two weeks even though I had it correct the first time had to go back again just to redo it. The people are nice. It’s kinda hard to get in contact with them because they’re normally not there. The inside of the apartment is very nice and clean.

Don't rent from them. They evicted my daughter she got behind in her rent because she had a baby a C-section but she got all the money up with some help and they took her money and still evict her out after they told her they would let her stay but they didn't they still evicted her. And they change landlords and leases every year and try to raise your rent up from the original contract rent agreement do not trust these people they are not trustworthy they are very very untrustworthy ‼️ they never fix nothing in the apartment. The wine is not right in the building they are shortages in the building in an apartment my daughter nearby electricuted herself because the other was on the glitch and it was a blue spark coming from behind the oven and the nearby let you know they never will come f

Very hard to get in contact with. No one answers the phone. I had a friend who lived there text me while she was in the office, tell me to call because the property manager was NOT busy so I should be able to get in contact with her. Welp no. She let it ring and chose not to answer. Maybe in the future, if needed, I will be able to get a hold of someone

They'll never fix your heat or appliances and expect seniors and disabled live in dangerous conditions plus they never answer the phone if you have flooding it's on the tenant to clean up with no reimbursement on nothing you have to fix yourself after ten years or more

Great service and I had no idea this was how good this is and it's for safety reasons 😀
