A maintenance request to resolve a malfuntioning refrigerator took from the initial request made on 12/14/25 until 01/05/26. Siana, the community manager, claimed the workers could not transfer the food from the old refrigerator to the new one without me being present. She alluded to some policy that was never shown physically to confirm its existence. It should be noted the workers did touch my food and personal property when they came the first time to address this matter. Therefore, the policy alleging they couldn't touch my property was invalidated. At the time of this matter, it was during Christmas holidays, and I was out of state on vacation. My family and I moved in 2009. We love the condos. The big pool is nice (I wish it was heated for winter months). The condos gym has a lot to be desired (that is why I joined nearby Pro Health) however, this is a nice, gated, complex.

**UPDATE: The issue was resolved, but upkeep on the property continues to decline THE PETITION: I have been asked to write a review multiple times by First Communities, and so I am. MOVE IN: I moved in a little under a year ago. The complex is beautiful. It is fairly new, and is kept up fairly well. I loved that it was built in 2019. The folks were friendly and helpful. In the first few months I lived there, the maintenance guys were prompt and helpful. Hats off to them; they are responsive and do a great job with the maintenance request forms.
