Ventana

I just visited my parents there this past weekend. They love living here and I was impressed how nice it is. They did say that parking could be better and wished they had an indoor washer and dryer, but they have washers and dryers in the building. So that's better then having to drive to a laundry mat. Its a nice area to walk around too

Parking is a major problem, family members unable to visit/check on senior parents because residents with more than one vehicle park 2nd vehicle on street. Front door security system frequently broken on weekends effectively locking out anyone wanting to visit a deaf or partially deaf family member. Only one elevator, often malfunctions forcing elderly residents to use stairs (if able). Management hours are spotty at best. Fire Station across the street so expect sirens at all hours. The only reason there’s a waiting list for this property is the low-income rent.

I live in this Ventana Apartment for 8 years and I would highly recommend it.The Manager Romey made our stay here comfortable and safe.Due to Romey and Javier the property stays clean quite and well maintained.She treats every tenant fairly,making it easy for us to trust her management.

If you have a certain complaint, the manager listens and never does anything about it. Also, parking is supposed to be for Ventana Tenant's only, manager allows people to park without parking permit's, and if someone comes home late and needs a space, sometimes, there isn't one.

A great place to have your loved one. Safe,clean,and gated.
