Charles Lee is a very experienced knowledgeable property manager who is committed to his work and has taken care of all my needs from the start. He is very responsive and is very reliable who takes care of business without wasting any time. When I called him for anything, I realized he answers right away and can trust him for his work. He had to do a lot to get a new renter in my property and he not only got a per SF on soon after but was able to publish it at many sites and screen to get the best tenant who is also very happy to be there. You can’t go wrong with Charles. His rates are very fair and can rely on him at any time.
