Edited to add: property management also probably doesn't want me to tell you that Essex has been the target of a class action lawsuit for illegally witholding tenants security deposits. Anyway. Pleasant apartment complex if you don't mind roach carcasses piling up in hallways, moldy bathrooms due to lack of ventilation, unlabeled breaker boxes, exploding power outlets that'll fry your electronics, fire alarms going off at all hours with zero information from management after the fact, and an underpaid/overworked maintenance team that will spray paint inside cabinets that have clean dishes inside without asking permission. As a resident of pinnacle for the past 3 years I can strongly say one of the best people to work with is Anthony Lopez. The guy always shows up when you need him and helps out whenever an emergency occurs. Thank you Anthony for being so professional , much gratitude and appreciation!

I am moving in later this month and the process so far has been super easy and stress free. I had a lot of questions about the move in process, the unit and more and Theresa was super helpful. She answered all my questions over the phone and was very responsive. I had a work trip and scheduled some time to pop in last minute to view the property while I was in town. Theresa showed me around and walked me through the property with no hesitation. So far this has been a great experience and I am excited to officially move in. Thank you Pinnacle team!

Anthony Lopez is awesome he helped me when i was touring pinnacle just the other day. He was kind of like my tour guide it was pretty cool. Thanks guys i will look into moving in pretty soon !
