City Pointe Apartments

Great place to live. I truly miss living here. small detail that are negative are the very sensitive smoke alarms and false fire alarms but I rather have false alarms occasionally if it means the system is working properly to protect me and the residents. also keep in mind its a corporate owned company not usually a bad thing in fact some aspects are great but it comes with all responses feeling dry and legalized. with that being said I would come back to live here.

TLDR: Its okay, expect rent hikes and to lose security deposit. Not worth the rent they charge for reasons out of their control. Me and my girlfriend moved in and stayed a year at City Pointe Apartments and moved out in July. We documented a significant amount of water damage as the cabinets are particle board, and minor paint scratches. We quickly realized any previous damage is just covered up with paint, so some areas have cake layers of paint. The condition of the apartment was fairly dirty when we moved in (see photos) so we cleaned for a few hours after moving in, but overall, it was fine. There is no way around their cleaning fee even though the quality of their cleaning is sub par judging how we received it. With commercial properties, you kind of have to just accept that you will

When we moved in to City Pointe last July, Ralph, the Community Manager, asked us to write a review of our experience. I am always hesitant to write a review too early, so I kept putting it off. The staff (Ralph, Syria, Brian and Scott) are always quick to address any concerns we have had (usually small things) as quickly as possible. Everyone you pass in the hallways greets you. The location is great, with so many local businesses and restaurants to support, along with parks, running trails, the library, schools and more. We face out over the plaza and we love the events that take place – the famer’s market, the various pop-up markets, and the bigger festivals. We can sit in our apartment and enjoy the live music from the plaza, along with hearing live music from some of the neighborhood

The leasing team is amazing here! I was in constant communication with the team every step of the way and they were very accommodating. All of my questions were answered since day one. I’ve never had such a positive experience in regard to renting until now. Thank you Upon move in, unit was fully cleaned and inspected. The amenities are top notch as well. Looking forward to hosting with friends and family. If you’re looking for a new home, you should make City Pointe your new home :)

I’ve been living here for over a few years, and I’m really impressed with this apartment complex. Syria, Ralph, Brian, and Scott are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help with any issues or questions I have. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are clean and well-maintained, and I’ve always felt very safe here. The community is peaceful. It’s clear that the management team really cares about keeping everything in great shape. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to live, I highly recommend checking this place out!
