Let me just start by saying the reviews are correct, huge rodent problem doesn’t matter how clean you keep your house & how on top of things you are they still exist. Maintenance is horrible , called the office for a whole month about not having hot water and they didn’t send nobody till the other day and the dude went downstairs for 3 min came back up and said yeah it’s fixed still no hot water . My neighbor downstairs has mold in her apartment as well due to lack of work being done in her apartment . Yes is affordable rent and what not but not worth the non sense you deal with

It's a nice neighborhood. Quiet. There is a rodent problem, and I had a gap at the bottom of my apartment door. A trip to home depot took care of that. Since fixing the gap, I haven't had a rodent problem. Free heat and hot water? Thank you. I wish they'd do something about the trash bins. They usually are over flowing before trash day, which means they should have an extra bin? Idk🤷🏾‍♀️ Definitely doesn't help with the rodent problem. One of the affordable, decently kept parts of AC.

My family and I have only been in our lease for 3 or 4 months, and already cannot wait til the lease is up. This place is infested with mice, when I say infested I mean INFESTED. I had to call the Health Board to inspect just so the office could send the exterminator, who only comes ONCE a month. I have gone to extreme measures to fix the mouse problem because I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a newborn but its too much at this point. IN 4 moths I have caught approx. 13 mice. My 4 year old son is traumatized because he picked up a glue trap with a live mouse on it. Aside from that, Maintenance is disrespectful , as well as the Office. I pay $925 for a 2 bedroom, I should only be paying 700 for. Everything is cheaply done. This will be a mistake moving here. I asked around before movi

DO NOT MOVE HERE! For starters EVERYONE I've spoken to (neighbors) has a mice problem. Secondly, the management team is just the absolute worse! They drag their feet when it comes to correcting problems and they don't give you all needed information upon moving in. We pay our rent on time each and every month and do not derserve to be treated the way they treat us. Again, don't waste your money moving in here.
