A VRBO property of theirs in Houston had mold in the bathroom and they tried to convince my father (who was recovering from surgery for his cancer) that it was safe to stay there. We had to relocate to a hotel for our safety and the company is refusing to give us a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING ANYWHERE THIS COMPANY OWNS!!!!!

The LocalSTR staff are try professionals. They are always helpful and very friendly. They do a great job in managing my Airbnb in Atlantic City.
