Garden Court Apartments

I do NOT recommend to move here. The apartments are outdated. I've been here for 10 yrs. I've never received new carpet nor has my unit been painted. The central air/heating system is 40 yrs old. My central air system leaks which makes the carpet in my bedroom SOAKED and of course it starts to smell like mildew. The maintenance staff comes and sucks up the water and sprays some type of air freshener. It has left a horrible stain on my carpet. The carpet throughout the unit is OLD and ran down. The state AND CITY OF AC (CODE ENFORCEMENT) came out to inspect multiple units and FAILED. I can go on and on but to save yourself the trouble DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY.

Maintenance is not good they don’t come when it’s a emergency at all..had no power in my living room called the rent offfice lady still no help…also when they do send maintenance they don’t call you to let you know they are in your apartment or anything no they don’t leave a door tag anything to let you know you was service it’s unprofessional

I loved living here. The apartment was clean, no bugs, or mice, and the office staff was friendly and very helpful. I worked in Cherry Hill, and I've had to call a few times halfway to work because I forgot to lock the door. They always sent someone over to lock it for me and nothing ever went missing. I would definitely move back if the occasion arose.

I will always love garden courts recently relocated although I lived here for over 5 years and I never had any issues everyone are decent individuals keep to themselves and their family maintenance staff are hardworking and respectful attentive if there is a problem quiet gated complex close to armory, comfortable neat apartments and Robin and Larry were understanding and polite to their tenants needs I’d recommend to couple or single family whom inquiring about moving here trust you won’t be disappointed

They have good size apartments not sure if they have up to 3 bedrooms but I'm sure about 2 bedrooms atleast. It's also a safe community for the kid's and its aroumd a few stores as wellk
