Venetian Apartments

The apartments are what you can make out of them. Though as a resident who has been here for the last two years I must say it is disappointing to say the least as the front gates never close. There is constant inspections throughout the the year which would typically be seen as goo but the lack of communication and planning from the complex the entire time has been nothing short of appalling. Despite living on the third floor we still have a random lawn guy who comes up to the 3rd floor and will just blow air around for up to 2 hours for one floor of one building. God forbid you dare to leave your house at 2pm on a Thursday and you’ll be greeted by dirt, leaves and an overall rude attitude from the lawn guy after he blasts you with dirt for stepping out of your home. I am a new resident here and so far I am very happy. The location here is a A+. There is a beautiful bike path/walk path right behind my apartment and it is beautiful. Right by a golf course and lots of Wildlife. The grounds are well kept and clean and the leasing agents are very polite and nice.

Yeah with these apartments one doesn’t have to say much but just watch how they work. Maintenance people are nice don’t get me wrong but definitely don’t “maintain” your living areas. Pool has now been down for 2 months, you’d think an apartment complex that’s considered “luxury” would have a stand by technician for a pool. We’re in Florida where there’s pools everywhere. It’s not that hard to upkeep with pools. They hire workers who don’t even finish the jobs, some pressure washer workers only did like a quarter of the side walk. You could go there now and still see where they stopped mid way and that’s been like that for 5 months now. I finally moved out and going back for some left over furniture when I saw that their trash compactor is now not working , so now it’s turning into a junk

Amazing experience thus far! Kevin helped me right from the beginning. From finding the right apartment with my needs to the very end- I am very grateful. He is awesome! Jessica also greeted me with such kindness and once I felt their energy I knew this was the right move for me! Excited to live here.

Venetian Apartments made moving such a breeze! Fredny and Kenneth were absolutely wonderful! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease through the whole process. Getting approved the same day was such a relief, and it’s all thanks to their hard work. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
