Holy moly, I am very thankful for Josh and his team at Velocity Lending. Buying a home was probably one of the most frustrating processes I have ever gone through, and Josh took a ton of the burden off my shoulders. Super duper thankful for the time he and his team took to work through my options and allow me to close on my first home.

I have worked with Josh and Dakota at Velocity professionally, as a Realtor, and on our personal purchase. I always describe Josh as "a hustler" in the best way. He is responsive, communicative, and a "straight-shooter"--always willing to jump in with both feet to solve whatever unseen issues may pop up in the middle of a transaction to get people to the finish line/closing table.
