RE/MAX Alliance - Windsor Office

I have purchased and sold real estate for 35 years now. We have had many experiences with realtors over the years, some good- some not so good. Recently we purchased a property listed by Ryan White. It was hands down the worst experience we have ever had. I have never left a bad review until now. What we found is that we could not trust Ryan even when he put something in writing via text. I find it hard to believe that Re/Max would keep such agents around. To anyone reading this I would recommend walking away from the deal if Ryan is involved. It will more than likely save you a lot of trouble and money. I know I will be.

I recently purchased a place where Gary Murphy (with RE/MAX Alliance-Crossroads) was the seller’s agent. He was absolutely awful and relied on my agent’s knowledge and work ethic to sell the house. I was moving from out of state and on my day of closure , the seller had not even moved out entirely (house was to be emptied of Everything), and my agent helped the seller move some of the stuff out (Gary no where to be found !). Long story short , I have had to still move the sellers stuff out and the house was left so disgustingly gross with food and hair in the sinks , frig with old food particles as well as old milk and eggs , plus so much other gross stuff found . I have reached out to Gary as part of the sell was the house was to be free of owners items and have not heard back. I am not

Dallas Landry helped me with purchasing my first home and made it a very great experience. Karrie and Nancy took great care of us. Helped us through all steps of selling our house. They were professional and personable. Those two work their tails off so the buyer doesn’t have to and that was such a relief.
