Landmark Homes

It’s been a frustrating experience, as our condo still hasn’t been completed as promised. While some aspects of the process have not been handled correctly, we remain hopeful that the remaining issues will be addressed soon. I strongly caution future buyers against closing prior to full project completion in order to avoid similar challenges. Once these few outstanding items are resolved, I am confident my overall review will improve.

So far the home buying process with Landmark has been very welcoming and efficient which I totally appreciate. I am loving my new townhome (moved in 10 days ago) and have found everything to be as promised. The ladies in the sales and design center (Felicia and Mallory) were very helpful and pleasant. I was kept informed about the construction timeline with emails and pictures updating me on progress (Thanks Felicia!). The inspection and warranty firm they use (ProHome) were very helpful pointing out things I didn't even see during the walk-thru and the construction management guys got right on correcting every little thing that was red-tagged. Everyone we talked to in the community praised the construction of their homes and now so do we. Additionally, the customer service is outstanding.
