Vela on The Park Apartments

My Family (2 kids) have lived at Vela on the Park since 2020 and it’s been an amazing experience. It truly feels like a community, not just a building. Every time we as family have had a need or support, property managers and assistant managers have been there for us. (Dazhia, Andre).Over the years, the place has always been clean, well cared for, and consistently improving. Vela is part of the good section of Stamford School District the most important for us with very convenient bus stops for them to feel safe and close to home. I lived at Vela On The Park from 2023-2025, and I truly have nothing but great things to say about the staff and apartment building. At the time, when I moved into my unit, I was leaving New York City after 5 years and unsure between different apartments in Stamford as to which would be the best location for commuting. Hands down, Vela has the best location, perfect walking distance. The apartments are kept in great condition. I have zero complaints and I would recommend this apartment building to anyone looking in the area.

We lived in the Vela for 2.5 years and the apartment was extremely well maintained and the location was great. One highlight was that that maintenance staff were always helpful and quick to respond. Lester was incredibly friendly and always fixed any problems we had in the apartment. Would recommend this building!

My wife and I stayed here for about 7 months while we were in town for work. The apartment complex was clean and safe, with a mix of young professionals and some older retirees (It seems like). I didn't have any issues, any maintenance problems were fixed quickly, when I moved in I had some cosmetic damage to my fridge and microwave and they offered to replace them without me asking. The concierge's, while we did have a couple come and go while I lived there were all great. Shout out to Milo. I would personally rate my experience on the building and staff as 5/5. I give 4/5, because on multiple occasions the 66 Summer apartments residents would take my parking spot in the shared garage (get a traffic cone to fix that) and if you are on a lower floor facing Washington Blvd. it can get

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Vela. The views are amazing and the building is very well maintained. I can’t say enough about the staff especially Lester. He always went above and beyond whenever we needed help with any maintenance issue. If you’re looking to lease downtown I highly recommend The Vela.
