I had the best first time home buying experience I could have possibly had with the help of PFS Mortgage. I worked directly with Kiernan and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. He spent hours with me, explaining every step of the process, and every penny that I would have to spend when closing on the home. Kiernan will take several hours out of his busy week to guide me through the process and ensure that I am comfortable with every piece of the mortgage. He worked tirelessly to ensure I had the lowest rate possible and received the most amount of credits towards closing costs as possible. I will only do home mortgage business with PFS moving forward. They got a customer for life.

Would like to start off saying that Kiernan deserves the biggest shout out for being such an amazing mortgage broker!! This company is so much more than what you would expect, the amount of care, communication and compassion is unmeasurable! After dealing with a really tough situation Kiernan was able to bring a smile to my face and reassure me through the whole process as a first time buyer! He even surprised me at the closing with a bottle of champagne in honor of the celebration :)!
