LOVE THIS PLACE! Sure not everything is upgraded but for the price, having a balcony AND storage, an actual laundry room, and rockstar maintenance, I can deal with outdated appliances. It’s spacious, homey, and I’m so glad I chose here. Thanks guys for being awesome and not ripping people off with outrageous rent pricing! 👊

I've lived here for almost a year now So there are pros and cons the apartment itself you're getting thousand square feet and you do you have the storage you have the washer dryer hook ups it's not super modern but it's Somewhat affordable for what you're getting not overpriced Now the Cons there is no management on site so tenants Can't get away with so much drug deals marijuana smoking and it seeps through the vents neighbors are constantly partying I was never able to get sleep at night and had to switch the different rooms throughout the apartment had to purchase a ring doorbell just to watch out for my car that was broken into twice The maintenance guy is so nice there never try to rip you off Like other apartments I've lived in I would give it two out of five stars

The new management here is awful, we have requested something be done about the rat problem all around the apt grounds several times over the summer and fall and now the rats are the size of small cats.The manager could care less about the residents.They will tow your vehicle without warning also.I had back major surgery and wasn't able to drive for six months,the plates did expire in that time,a little notice would have been nice before they towed me.They also have little scams where they try to get extra fees out of you.The maintenance request always take a long time, usually have to ask more than once.This is a terrible place to live, over priced and constantly cars are getting broke into.I can't wait until lease is up.

This was my first time in this location and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was.

Iv been calling for days I cannot get anyone to answer the phone I’m looking for a place in october!
