Great, kind and professional staff. 3.5 stars because the celebration of having a closing is nil to none. Wish they made it more fun for my clients. Buying your first home is a big deal and it felt like just another transaction after signing, it was back to work kind of vibe.

Nice people. Probably understaffed. Little response to important questions. Title companies need to remember that what may be routine work for them may be things that some of us experience only a few times in our lives, and educate the client accordingly. This experience was on the low end of the scale of my title experiences. Can’t say how it compares to other experiences in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about these folks… I have closed at least four loans with them this year. Every time they are completely on top of the numbers they’re prepared and ready to go and they make the process efficient accurate and easy. Brett and the team are my favorite to work with.

If I didn't have to go through these people in order to get the benefits with the builder we were getting a home through, I wouldn't have gone with them. The lady was very hard to get ahold of until the week before our closing day. She would almost never answer my calls and take days or longer to get back with me. She lied to me about my previous loan; she said that we couldn't do an FHA loan (so that we didn't have to provide a down payment) because we already had an FHA loan with our townhome. So we were forced to do conventional and take out a HELOC to provide a down payment. I was almost sure we didn't do an FHA loan before... come to find out later, I was right.
