Showed the Villas at Vantage to a buyer as soon as they were launched on approximately January 19, 2025. Another option for a new build with a base price starting out at in $500,000. It would be nice if these models would have a one level living option to accommodate more buyers in the market. The features are about the same as other options in the marketplace at this price point.

The fees in the Vantage Metro district are ridiculously high. We pay thousands of dollars every year and more than half of it goes to a neighborhood we don't live in (it goes to maintaining TPC and the neighborhood around it that's part of the 'metro district'). If you don't believe me, drive around and look at all the dead trees leading into and out of the neighborhood and all the weeds along the easement. Recap of fees if your house is $650k: 0.35% of home sale one time = $2275 62.4 levy on property taxes every year = $2700 Metro fees assessed every= $1300 So if you live here for 5 years you should expect to pay $22,750 dollars in metro fees.
