Joel was the best. Through his meticulous inspection, he identified many things that needed to be dealt with on our new build, even though the home was brand new. The builder fixed them based on Joel’s recommendations and now we don’t have to worry. His approach was so thorough and it gave us so much confidence. His customer service was remarkable, his follow up and service after the job was done was beyond what most businessmen would do these days. I appreciate him and would strongly recommend him.

We hired Joel to do both our pre-drywall and final inspection. He was very responsive and flexible throughout the whole process. He was also extremely detailed and found many items that we would have never caught on our own. He was very knowledgeable and was very professional. I contacted Joel at Navigations Home Inspection on 5/1 about a home that my wife and I were under contract on that needed an inspection completed within a week(see picture). Within 90 minutes, he had written back to introduce himself and give a breakdown of expectations and rough estimates. He was very polite on the phone and set times he was available (which I appreciated very much).
