Heron Pointe Apartments

I moved to Heron Pointe Apartments in March of 2024. It was a rough time in my life. Although I own a couple properties down south, when I needed a place to live, the leases on them were in force. Heron Pointe not only gave me a chance, they gave me the peaceful, beautiful & relaxing home that my husky and I enjoy each and every day. I feel at home here. The staff are ALL amazing, caring and really want to get to know you. They have pool parties, Christmas parties, Holiday parties, etc. They are catered and full of fun and enjoyment. They were right when they said "million dollar views," the mountains are exquisite and such a relaxing way to spend the evening on the porch. I renewed my lease this March! Had an amazing positive experience From the very first phone call. It is stressful, trying to find your next place to move, get settled and call it home. After speaking with the staff and working with Bridget and Mickey they took all that stress away. The positive experience continued, and I’ve been living here for the last four months and it has been great! Bridget and Mickey very personable, attentive and continue continue making the experience of living here. The amenities, workout room and pool area are well maintained and enhance the experience of this community. The very peaceful area, easy access to shopping and entertainment. You’re close to everything and not in the hustle bustle of the city.

Good apts to move into for singles and starting families! They were super friendly to me and my puppers when we moved in. Flexible with you and have been great with service calls.

This place sucks we have lived here for 2 years and they don’t know how to manage anything when we first moved here or storage room doors key fob thing was broke and they said they would replace it and it still hasn’t been replaced the paint job sucks they just paint over everything even if there was damage to it before.After the first year of living here we had to pay 100 more for rent because people was misusing the dumpster and they don’t do anything if you file a complaint we had to file at least 15 of them just for them to do one little thing. We have also been having issues with the breaker since we moved in here and it still hasn’t been fully repaired.The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors full conversation. This place rocks! They are so quick to plow and shovel the walks, I'm amazed! I have 2 little pups who can't walk in the snow and it's great to take them for walks on the cleared sidewalks. No ice or snow!
