Highly Recommend Vanguard at 16 Tech! I’ve had such an amazing experience living at Vanguard at 16 Tech that I couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I moved in, I could tell this wasn’t just another apartment building—it truly feels like a community. The location is unbeatable. Being right in the heart of the 16 Tech Innovation District means I’m just minutes from downtown Indianapolis, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses. And for me, one of the biggest perks is that it takes less than 5 minutes to drive to campus, which makes my daily routine so much easier. I just moved in to this apartment building and I've had a wonderful experience at Vanguard at 16 Tech. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming and attentive. Tyler was especially standout during my tour, he walked me through multiple floor plans, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. The building itself is modern, clean, and genuinely comfortable. The location in the 16 Tech District is a big plus as well, with easy access to downtown and a great selection of nearby restaurants. I would recommended this apartment if you need close place to downtown Indianapolis and are looking for newer apartment living.

We had Tyler who led my parents and I on a tour around the amazing complex and through individual floor plans. He showed us models that I had wanted to view but also other models that he thought I would like based on my previous requests. Overall, it was a fantastic building with an incredible staff. It was safe, clean, and comfortable. Vanguard is a beautiful building right in the middle of an up and coming area; giving it that “home away from home” feel.

The building should have been finished and when it does get finished it will be nice. Everything is working as it should (now) since it is a new construction. However, the management is horrible. They do not communicate well, I have been given inaccurate information several times when asking different questions to the management team. None of the amenities opened until last week but posted on social media well before telling the residents. Although at move-in they were a couple weeks away until a major building issue happened that has rendered all of the amenities unusable. Every time you ask about the amenities they just say a couple of weeks after it's been a couple of weeks. At one point I lost internet for a week and had to work with the management almost daily to get it fixed. I put

OMG, this place has been the best apartment for me. They quickly approved my application and move in package was very thoughtfull. It's a brand new facility so everything is immaculate. Kristen, the manager was especially helpful and I had a wonderfully experience. Highly recommended if you need close place to central Indianapolis and luxury apartment living.
