Ms. Miranda, was very available at all times whenever I had a question or needed to contact her. She was very patient even though I wanted to and tried to be prompt so business stayed excellent. The office was very helpful when she wasn't available even after the move. I still really enjoy my move into Van Aken courts the only thing that I would have a issue was that they wanted a few things to be finished before I moved in and wasn't; the bathroom tub area and the kitchen floor.....Thanks Ms. Kathryn and AZ management

I have live at 2920 van aken Blvd over ten years, we have had different managers and staff working here at one point I was ready to move from here it was going down and I was not feeling safe at all. The new manager and staff are doing a wonderful job taking care of this building I appreciate Kimberly, Mitzi,and Katheryn very much the building is clean the yards are beautiful I'm glad I stayed thank you ladies very much ms.crosby
