DO NOT MOVE TO ANYTHING OWNED BY MONTLACK REALITY. AND STAY AWAY FROM SHAKERLAN APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE RODENTS AND BUGS! Do not be fooled by the updated “look” the building is old and has not been kept up. I saw a MOUSE in my kitchen and I called several times and with no answer. I even emailed the lender of the building, Kirt Montlack which I received an extremely dismissive message back From him. (See picture below) I pay way too much money to be living with rodents and bugs. Do not move here!’ Move elsewhere! They are awful’ and the front and back door is broken so anybody can walk in! You’ve been warned
Had to move to another building because my apartment was Infested with roaches before I moved my stuff in
Stayed with a friend. The place was very nice and close to things in university circle.
