The best realtor ever. Valorie went over and above helping to prepare my home. Inspections. Suggestions. Mine was an older home, but she got rolling to make sure everything was up to code, and beautifully staged. It sold quickly at a top price. I could not recommend her more highly.

Valorie is a very involved and engaged real estate agent. She takes special note of everything you need and want. From looking for the right fit to closing and beyond, Valorie acts as a personal assistant to take care of every detail you would need for the entire buying process. I love how she was always available to answer my questions and call me back with information and updates I had requested. In addition, she anticipated my needs and went the extra mile to provide resources and help beyond her job description. Valorie is fun and enjoyable to work with as her upbeat attitude makes everything a breeze. I would recommend anyone to her!

Valorie is hands down THE best realtor in southeast Idaho! She helped me sell my house about a year and a half ago, she headed off numerous issues throughout the process, made the process as painless as possible for me, worked herself and secured trade workers for final prep in order to list it as high as possible AND scored me a final closing price out of this world! Well over what my home appraised for because the buyers wanted it that much! I’ve since worked with other clients of hers and alongside her and clients to clean/repair/paint etc on their own homes for listings and I can fully attest that she bends over backwards and doesn’t hesitate to make personal sacrifices in order to help her clients in every single way! I will never recommend or use another realtor!
