I have been renting from them for 8yrs. They have their faults but over all, it’s a good company. They have never just “pop up” or enter my home without permission or an adult being there. They repair staff is ALWAYS nice and professional. Yes, I have needed repairs in 8 yrs of obviously. But they always came that day or early the next day. They pick up after themselves and get the work done as quickly as possible. They have replaced my dishwasher and refrigerator without hassle or harassment. Janine communicates mostly through email which I really appreciate. And as long as you communicate with her she helps as much as she’s allowed. I mean let’s face it she has someone to answer to as well. She’s always tried to help and do her best for me. Even when I was upset and yelling at her! Lol t

I had previously rented from Valor for 7 years with no issues however this year they sold property I was not advised until I tried to pay rent on the portal and was locked out. After calling them I was then advised sold the house then they finally sent a letter after the fact. Then they said the new owners would honor lease but they did not. We had to move we wanted to stay with Valor nut property was not ready. After waiting from 7/1/21 to 9/4/21 they said home finally ready. Well we had not had a chance to view home but I trusted them. That was a mistake as the house was not ready dirty, smelled bad several repairs needed. It is November and they still have not made it right. The company I trusted has turned into a slum Lord

As far as landlords go they are ok, I rented from the for 5 years. they don’t blow up your phone and harass you if your 5 days or 15 days even when your late on the rent. I’ve had far far worse landlords in the past and they were definitely the best. The only thing I think they need to improve upon is their repair dept. sometimes sub par fixes put into place at times but whatever, I recommend if your looking for a non invasive landlord that won’t peep in on you or harass you over stuff.

We was lucky to find this company... because me and my husband's credit wasn't good... we lived here for 5 years. Basically if you're looking for somewhere that the landlord fixes everything, this is not the place. The only problem we really had was our stove kept breaking and the ac unit went out once but after reporting the issue it probably took them a day to come out and fix. You really have to be independent living in their homes... luckily my husband could fix everything...

Well we rented from them for 5 years had a lot of repairs that wasn’t done thought they were a good company at first I tell anybody don’t rent from them at all .. I would never refer this company to nobody.. don’t waste your time or money . They will smile in your face say one thing then turn around and lie. They will file eviction and still take your money when it’s against law to take money after they file.. if they file eviction they will not want you to answer it at all so that you get put out.. they are unprofessional nasty company
