If I could give no stars I would. We purchased a home from you them in 2019. We have experienced horrible drainage issues since the beginning that were ‘not covered by any warranty’’. At one point our foundation was being washed away in which we had to make repairs to on a corner of our home. Foundation issues on a 4 year old home at the time. We finally found what is believed to be the root issue of our problems in our yard. Cement. Yes, poured discarded blocks and blocks of thick cement throughout our backyard that they LEFT and COVERED with dirt to hide. We have now spent countless hours on just one section of our backyard pulling up HUNDREDS of pounds of ASPHALT AND CEMENT out of the dirt some buried more than 3 feet deep and 5 foot wide with pieces more than a foot thick. They don’t deserve a star at all. Very poor quality. These builders throw up a house in a week and use the cheapest material possible and have the nerve to set their prices ridiculously high. We had a house built in 2021 and every time we turn around there is a problem with this house. I seen so many red flags when purchasing this home but I didn’t think nothing of it being a first time buyer. I literally feel like I live in a 30 years old house. Cracks, nailpops, creeks, floor lifting, holes in the concrete underneath the carpet, the outside weather coming inside, pipes leaking, cheap paint, bad drywall work, I swear the walls have a curve to them. The builders' superintendent Joshua Bryant was amazing. On our walk through he was very kind and welcoming. His attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. He answered all of our questions and handled all of our concerns with grace. He cares about his work and it shows.

They use substandard materials. When they put the flanges on the gutters of my house, they didn't extend them far enough, so when it rained all the water seeped down, now all the wood is rottening. I called the main office, and the guy I talked too was very cavalier about not offering to do anything. Another thing, the AC hasn't worked steady in over 4 years, and doesn't work at all for 2 years now. The house was built in 2016. These guys are Subpar Builders, and us Subpar materials. I will never buy a home they've built again!

My house was thrown up within a couple months. There are cracks appearing all over the house. The tubs had debre filled in them while they were building the house. Took photos thru windows, the tubs are all scratched up and damaged. They came out to fix the missing tile at the fireplace but the man cut my fireplace into and left it. They will not complete the repairs to the house. The back yard is a swamp. Run don't waste your time or money. There were beer bottles all over the back yard when they were building the house as I came out many times during the build, this tells me what kind of work that was done. The beer bottles are still at the back of the property where they threw them.
