This company is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Things needed servicing in our apartment, but they wouldn't fix it. The refrigerator kept breaking down, but they took forever and refused to replace the food we lost. The a/c and heating wouldn't work properly, but they refused to repair it. The apartment was falling apart, but somehow, they're charging us to fix it. Every time I tried to get help, they told us we could move somewhere else.

My family is in the market for a rental home, we had a appointment to view the home this morning in person. My daughter took off from work so that we could view the home as a family together and at 5am in the morning we received a email canceling out visit because they received a application last night. We should have been in able to still view the home and put in our application as well, our criteria is possibly better than the next. Just hurts that we didn’t even get a chance, we just knew this was the house for us. Bad Business….

Response to owner: A voice-mail was left despite what the owner claims. Ms owner, ask you're agent why she shoved her phone in my face to show me the appt text that SHE scheduled wrong. NO SHOW and NO RESPECT from this business. Go somewhere else for your real-estate needs people!! Selling our home, and Patti Ayers "agent" shows up unscheduled and then pulls a no-show for the appt the same "agent" scheduled. Then, this same "agent" doesn't answer or return calls. Patti can report this review all she wants, its on Yelp and anywhere else. Patti Ayers & Associates will not be worth your time. Keep reporting tho!!!!

Never heard from the agent (Angela Salemi) ever again after a showing. Was looking to turn a salon into our base of operations. Not sure if assumptions were made because I go by Vikke and speak properly or maybe she just got too busy. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Either way, a follow up would've been a professional courtesy, as we were ready to move forward. I called 2x after the showing and it said she was on the phone both times (gotta love smart phones), never returned either call. I texted afterwards and she replied the next day that someone's app was being ran and she would let us know if they got approved. Just left a sour taste in my and my husband's mouth. Gave 2 stars because she was polite before and during the showing.

I utilize their services to manage rental property I own in Fulton County. I could not ask for a more professional person in Patti Ayers, or a better staff. They handle everything from collection to maintenance to tenant selection. I rarely have to think about it. First Rate.
