So I have truly been on a rollercoaster ride since March 2024 living here . But I am so so very happy with the new management. When I say life here has been awesome Maintenance team Is handling business. The turnover for fixing things are much faster. The community is feeling like a family. The warmth you feel when walking into the leasing office is great. I really love living here don’t see me moving for a very long time

The maintenance team Trey and Aykaim, not playing with the turnover of maintenance request. I really appreciate their dedication and concern with getting the jobs done. Kayla and Stephanie is doing the dam thing with creating a true family community. This is a beautiful place to live a safe and positive environment for the children to play. Getting rid of all the Riff Raff. It’s so much quieter and peaceful here. I love living here. Walking into the leasing office you’re always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly family greeting. This team i would consider the true meaning of the G.O.A.T!!! They care it’s not just a job

I have been here for a couple of years and when my water heater went out the maintenance team was very responsive. Trey got that water heater up to the third floor and he made sure it was working properly. Akeem the other maintenance man always makes sure that all of my maintenance are met and also will explain about the repair as well. I just really appreciate the hard work. Thank y’all.

I've been a resident at Valley trails since 2016, and I'm happy to say that I'm renewing my lease again. Ive seen good changes since the new management started, these have been necessary improvements, and the community continues to move in the right direction. The staff have always been helpful, courteous, and professional. They go out of their way to be accommodating and explain things clearly. The way they communicate feels sincere as though they truly care about the residents and want to help. Communication is smooth and usually timely, any delays are understandable as the office is often very busy. I'd like to especially recognize Stephanie and Kayla for their excellent support and friendliness. Their dedication truly makes a difference in the resident experience. Thank you to the Val

I know people sometimes only post when they’re upset, but I’ve seen a lot of good things at this community. Stephanie always goes above and beyond for residents — she helps with events for families, kids, and back-to-school giveaways, and really keeps things positive. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys her job and cares about the people who live there.
