Have been living here for several years now. Management is on top of issues - returns phone calls very quickly. Maintenance crew is incredibly kind and hardworking ! They resolved any issues we had and improved our service. The best and most reasonable apartment complex in town. Our three bedroom two bath feels like a little home. We have our own bathroom in our master bedroom so it’s a huge plus ! Pest control are actively spraying , never had an issue not be fixed right away or within 24 hours. I trust these people and recommend to everyone we know !

Tina & Sabrina in the office had excellent customer service skills,from beginning to end of my application & move in process.The property is clean & quiet.Sabrina did my move in walk thru inspection, only found 1 minor issue, by the time I returned back to the apt, the maintenance guy had already repaired.

The management and maintenance do a great job in responding to anything. Friendly on both sides . The complex is never trashy and well maintained

The place is wonderful to live in but the management is terrible. I had surgery and couldn’t attend the walk-thru so they responded by never mailing me the walk-thru document (required by law), and they lied about the condition of the apartment and never took photos. They took my entire deposit because of blinds, lightbulbs, and thumbtack holes in the wall. Hundreds of dollars for normal wear and tear. When I questioned all of this, the property manager told me I was AND I QUOTE “filthy”. No pets and only me and my small son lived there, and we had 5+ people helping to clear and clean the place 2 weeks before I was required to be gone. Paid my rent every month for 2 years yet was treated this terribly upon move-out. It wasn’t worth it! Don’t stay here! They have no integrity.

They work with you and are always caring and kind, very helpful too I love living here and it such a nice place for low income.A perfect place for single mothers who have a hard time making it. Truly a blessing I was able to find this place.
