Charlie was the best!! He spent time with us, showing us properties, answering our questions, and giving us needed advice. He was kind, considerate and knowledgeable about the real estate we were interested in. He also pointed us in the right direction for other businesses that we needed for our vacation rental property. Buying a vacation rental home is difficult. What area? What size? How do you handle renting it out? How do you compare the homes, once you narrow it down? There are SO many questions? Actually, with Charlie and his staff, it's pretty darn easy. He gave great advice on driving around to the different neighborhoods and checking out locations and amenities. Then with his excellent website, we could load up to 6 different homes and do a printout with a side by side comparison of each home. Taxes, COA's, HOA's, Year built, # of Beds and other information that helped narrow it down. Finally, we were able to look at 5 out of 6 homes that we were interested in and "Bingo", one stood out above the rest. That was the hardest part of the process, but made easier by the tools provided by Charlie Ger

Salespeople, brokers, agents, look here: this is how you do business. It is so refreshing to call, the phone is answered on the first ring, and the agent on the other side of the call has all of the information you need. Today it is so typical, especially with RE agents, you get an answering machine, you leave a message, and no one calls you back. Charlie's team answer the phone and have answers. Charlie's website is amazing - answers every little question so that everyone has the info they need. I wish all sales forces could take the lead from this organization.
