Valley Island Palms

Used to be a good place 5 years ago when I 1st moved in. Now people who steal have moved in and broken in to the on site storage units and also take the porch BBQ pits. The office staff used to be nice, caring and professional and now they are not. Several neighbors have told me that they were mistreated by the office staff as well. In addition, the hot water does not always work. The worst time to not have hot water is in winter.

Very courteous, work orders are submitted and completed within 24 hours. Very good at making sure we are good. Apartments feel very warm and friendly welcoming. Grass and maintenance is always up to date. Pest control is provided monthly as well as air filters. Once we walk into the front office we are always greeted and welcomed, never keep us waiting! A few weeks ago my ac went down, and since tech was able to make it out till the next business day, management still went out their way to get us some ac window units so we could stay fresh over the weekend. Everything is always taken care of immediately! Really recommend this place 10/10! Finally we found an apartment that feels like home 🏡❤️

I’ve lived in these apartments for a great while and have had no complaints whatsoever. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, ensuring everything is well taken care of. The manager is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The area is also fantastic, safe, convenient, and a great place to live. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable living experience!

I live here and I love it! The girls in the office are super friendly, and the maintenance team is amazing and very fast. I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but mine has been excellent. I feel very comfortable here, and I want to thank the VIP team for doing such a great job!
