Paez Family Home made the process of building our dream home an incredible experience from start to finish. They connected us with an architect who helped design a blueprint tailored to our vision, quickly understood our style, and worked closely with us to select the perfect finishes and features. Their team went above and beyond to customize every detail, no matter how unique our ideas were, did a great job managing our budget, and were even able to make room for some extras. Even after we moved in, Michael took time from his evenings to wrap up any remaining issues, going above and beyond to make sure we were happily settled. House was marked as completed in January of 2024 even though house wasn't completed. I still needed outside to be completed which wasn't. Things that weren't finished: outside paint, fill in of nail holes inside and outside, and fixture lights falling off inside and outside, the back French doors are not aligned and the step rail doesn't even have underneath support not to mention the door looks like it was bought at the flee market. When I spoke with the guys, they were supposed to fix that up and didn't during the warranty period. The warranty period is the worst, if you hardly had in person communication with them, then don't expect anything. Take screenshots of the whatsup messages because they'll delete messages. We had a had a hard time the whole way, but not because of paez. It was a hard journey to our home but paez was there with us every step of the way. They helped us through the construction loan process when it was hard for us to get approved. They didn't give up on us. The weather wasn't on our side either causing delays and pushing back our closing date. Paez tried their best to get it done but there is only so much that could be done when mother nature isn't on your side. Trump came into office and started mass deportations which understandably made workers afraid to show up so that was another delay. Overall the process with Paez Family Homes was great. There were times of miscommunication, but we got our house built the way we wanted it at the end of the day and that’s what matters. I want to thank Michael, Jake, and Pablo for the effort they showed. Pros to me was their dedication, reassurance, and them being able to guide us in a caring way. The only con to me was the few times where we felt there wasn’t communication the way we would have wanted it, but for the most part they were PRESENT. Solid company to work with overall!
