I had started my mortgage with a different company but since I had not been in my job for at least two years given that I have been working abroad for the last 21 years, I was disqualified because they could not factor in my variable income. Working with Cornerstone and Esperanza homes was a great experience. They helped me out throughout the whole process as best as they could and answered any questions I had immediately.
