Heather is amazing to work with. Hands down 10/10! We’ve rented from valley for 3 years and just moved into another unit with them. They were very helpful on the pre move-out to let us know what to do to get our deposit back. Having that option, on top of the care we took of our previous home, and valleys quick action for maintenance, we’re confident in receiving our deposit, despite a lot of reviews stating the lack of honesty from valley. If you take them up on the option to do a pre-inspection and complete the items listed, you will have a great turn out. All in all I recommend them for anyone looking to rent!

I have been with Valley Fair Reality over 2 years now and I am very happy with my experience. Heather is wonderful she got my family into a beautiful house. Maintenance requests have always been handled fast. Warren especially deserves recognition, he’s professional, reliable, and does high quality work. Rented a house from them before they apparently changed owners. The house originally was in rough shape when I moved in, lawn was up to my knees (im 6'1") and it had roaches. Was in the house for a year and when I moved out I left the house in better condition than it was when I rented it and no roaches. I also paid for the carpet cleaning myself and submitted the reciept with a business card in case they had an questions. When it came time to recieve back my security deposit they added as many fees as they could, lawn service, wall paint, chimney inspection even though it clearly had never been used, light bulbs even though they all worked when I left, and even had the carpets cleaned a second time. Im guessing they were mad I denied them a move out inspection, even though I scheduled it,

We found a home listing and were connected with Brian, which turned out to be a great experience even though we ultimately decided to withdraw from the contract. Throughout the entire process, from writing the offer to inspections, getting estimates, and answering what felt like hundreds of questions, Brian was consistently patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He never made us feel rushed or like our questions were a burden. His follow-up was excellent, he was very resourceful, and he always took the time to explain things clearly. Even when the deal didn’t move forward, Brian remained supportive and kind, which really says a lot about how he does business.
