I hand selected CENTURY 21 Select Real Estate Andrea Lavin because of her proven track record for closed property sales. The sale of my property was not easy. I realized from the onset that I would need someone experienced and patient. There was an additional issue with my property and that was its sale price. I was not asking a lot for it. Many sales people would have probably passed on the opportunity because it did not net them a large enough payout; however, Andrea made sure that I not only received the maximum amount for my property but that my questions were answered and I was never made to feel unimportant.
