First American Title Company

I’ve been using First American Title as my preferred title company for all my real estate transactions. I recently connected with escrow officer, Tosha, within the office. She was super communicative and responded quickly to my emails. She even called me whenever a question needed further discussion. I appreciated her efforts and it made our transaction run super smooth!

Realtors will recommend this place because of their personal relationships but they failed to close on time because they didnt realize there was a holiday on a Tuesday. They lack communication and punctuality , the only things that matter to the customer. They wont care either, tough luck if you took the day off work

Working with this title company was interesting. We have bought a house before and it was a much smoother experience. We had multiple instances where we did not receive documents to sign because they sent them to the wrong email address. We also had email communication with the escrow officer that was full of typos. She seemed really unprofessional. Finally, we had an issue where some of our debts were supposed to be automatically handled once the loan went through, and instead, they cut us checks that weren't made out to us and made us physically come down to the office with no guidance as to how we were supposed to pay these debts back. We talked to our mortgage lender and he said he had never experienced this phenomenon with a title company before. He said that the other companies that

First American title company assisted me with the process of the title for the property I purchased, Escrow officer Kelly Keith of first American title was very attentive paid attention to all of my request walked me through all the paperwork prior to my signatures. She was very detailed and responsive with any and all of my questions via email text call and in person I appreciate you first American title and Kelly Keith. Thank You!
